In recent years, along with urbanization and economic development, the amount of sewage generated in China has gradually increased, and under the ever-stricter environmental protection requirements, how to improve the effluent treatment effect with limited investment and certain capacity? Therefore, in order to meet the effluent standard, it becomes a more realistic consideration to carry out upgrading and renovation.

Enzymatic Suspended Packing, which is a new generation of microbial fixed carrier. It is developed by Honess in cooperation with Tongji University on the basis of many years of engineering practice. It uses modified polymer material as substrate and has excellent treatment effect on high concentration and difficult to degrade organic wastewater.
Benefit from the special double-layer film and void layer structure, making it easier for microorganisms to adhere to the carrier surface, while having good mechanical strength, the service life can be longer than 6 years.
The project was supported by Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Fund in 2008, and again passed the acceptance at the end of 2010 with the first place in the evaluation, and was recognized as a high-tech A-class achievement transformation project in Shanghai in 2013. Now it has been widely used in Honess' products and engineering.
