Hazardous Waste Incineration

Honess has an experienced technical team in the field of hazardous waste incineration, and has successfully designed and built several large hazardous waste incineration projects. We have rich experience and successful cases in the field of agrochemical, pharmaceutical, silicone industries and industrial parks. With the advantage of centralized integration and design capability, the company designs corresponding treatment systems for industrial waste liquid, solid waste and VOCs. We integrate the three wastes for comprehensive design and form a systematic hazardous waste treatment technology, and become a professional hazardous waste incineration system supplier.

Solution

Honess has an experienced technical team in the field of hazardous waste incineration, and has successfully designed and built several large hazardous waste incineration projects.

We address the actual needs of the fine chemical industry and study the problem of disposal of hazardous waste with high chlorine and salt content, solving the pain points such as coking and short continuous operation time. In addition, as a professional hazardous waste incineration system supplier, we combine our integration and design advantages to design corresponding treatment systems for industrial waste liquids, solid waste and VOCs, and can design for comprehensive utilization, forming a systematic hazardous waste treatment technology.

Technology Introduction
  • Systematic hazardous waste incineration technology
Systematic hazardous waste incineration technology

For hazardous organic chemicals and some difficult-to-treat substances, high-temperature incineration has been proven to be a relatively safe and reliable treatment method.

However, the traditional hazardous waste treatment process is less effective for hazardous waste with high chlorine and salt content, and there are problems such as easy coking and short continuous transportation time.

Honess self-developed systemic hazardous waste treatment technology consists of - incineration unit, purification unit, emission unit and other integration.

Through efficient integrated design, the company achieves a one-stop and comprehensive hazardous waste treatment effect, while having the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost, realizing a hazardous waste project with stable operation, reasonable economy and scientific management for customers.

Industrial waste liquid disposal:

For industrial waste liquids, we have designed an integrated waste liquor furnace with small footprint, good safety and simple operation, etc. Its footprint is about 30.00% less than other incineration systems with the same treatment capacity.

Industrial solid waste disposal:

The slag rotary kiln process can handle materials with low melting point and easy coking, with a wide range of applicable temperatures, reduce the number of downtime of the incineration system, etc., thus extending the service life of refractory materials.

Purification unit:

In the purification unit, we can use technical equipment such as waste heat boilers, dust/acid/denitrification units, and hydrochloric acid recovery units to effectively achieve the purification of flue gas generated by the incineration system. This systemized hazardous waste treatment technology can effectively control the production of dioxins and other pollutants while maintaining high efficiency and low cost.
